I’m super excited to share the “Rustic Elegance” wedding invitation collection! I LOVE these invitations. They are unique and fun with a rustic touch. I met Lori a couple of years ago while she was interning at the NDSU office where I work full time. I’ve loved hearing about her wedding plans and was honored to help her out with her invitations. They have a beautiful wedding planned with a reception to follow at their farm. We wanted to create something different that had a vintage feel, but was also clean. Here are a few snapshots of the collection:
I decided on the multiple fonts in a block style. We added the burlap with twine on top to give the invitations some texture and visual interest. We decided on a natural linen paper with a dark chocolate brown backing card and a deep brown ink.
The envelopes and all other materials were also printed on the natural linen card stock. I added a chocolate brown backing card to the details card as well.
I love the RSVP cards and the little photos for the food selections! 🙂
